New installations of parquet and strip flooring are guaranteed against lifting for a period of 1 year from date of completion but not against wear and tear, provided floors have not been damaged by rising damp, excess moisture or flooding.

Vinyl, laminates & engineering flooring carry a 2 year workmanship warranty as well as a 15 year to lifetime manufacturers warranty Sealers are guaranteed against bubbling & peeling for 1 year from date of completion but not against wear and tear.
